    Sandro Carnicelli Filho

    Sandro Carnicelli Filho is a PhD candidate at the Department of Tourism - University of Otago. Sandro completed his undergraduate degree in Physical Education at Sao Paulo State University (Brazil) in 2005 and Masters Degree (title: Relation between Pleasure and Fear in Outdoor Adventure Tourists) in 2007. In 2008 was awarded a University of Otago Postgraduate Scholarship. Sandro’s PhD research explores the relationship between pleasure and fear in white-water rafting guides and the emotional labour perspective. Additional areas of interest are outdoor adventure, cooperative games, emotional states, leadership and leisure/work relationships.
